We're pleased to accept returns. Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Final Sale Items (Clearance)

Purchases made on alieva.com are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at hello@alieva.com

Please be aware that any unauthorized returns of Final Sale items sent back to Alieva will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.

We regret to inform you that sale orders are strictly non-refundable. If you receive sale or final sale items with defects, damages, or stains, please inform us immediately.

To assist us in resolving the issue, we kindly request a photo or video to verify the condition of the item received.

How to Return:

We offer free shipping for all orders placed within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels for international orders.

Return Conditions:

Defective items must be reported within 2 days after the delivery date.

Please ensure all items are returned with the yellow tag intact. We cannot accept returns if the yellow tag is damaged or removed upon receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition, without any marks or stains from makeup, deodorants, etc.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not adhere to our product return conditions or exceed the specified return timeframe.


Swimsuits:
If you purchase a swimsuit or bikini bottom, please ensure the hygienic liner remains intact. We kindly ask that you try on swimsuits over your underwear for sanitary reasons and avoid removing the protective slip. This helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene for all our customers. 

International Orders:
We kindly ask that you return items within 14 days from the date of delivery and provide us with an email including the tracking number. Please note that, at this time, we are unable to provide return labels for international orders.


Return Shipping:
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return is accepted or rejected.

We will issue a gift card for the same amount of your order to be used for your next order.

Refund Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return is accepted or rejected. Please allow us 3-5 days from the day your return is delivered to refund your order.

The credit will appear on your billing statement within 1-3 business days due to different processing times of financial organizations.
