Returns

Return Policy:
We are happy to accept returns, please note that we accept returns of orders within 14 days from the date the order was delivered.

Sale or Final Sale Items:
Products marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale" which are also found on our Outlet collection can not be returned for a refund. They are only eligible for an exchange or store credit only upon return.

Strictly No Refund For Sale Orders.
If sale or final sale items are received with defects, damages and stains, please let us know right away so we can issue a free exchange or store credit.

We will require photo or video to prove the condition of the item received.

Product Return Condition:

Defective items must be reported within 2 days after item delivery date.

Due to hygiene concerns the following items can not be returned:
Bodysuits , Swimwear, Intimates, Stockings, Hair Accessories, Hats, Earring, Cosmetic and Beauty products.

Please note that all items must be returned with the yellow tag intact. If we receive your return and the yellow tag is damaged or removed, we cannot accept your return. 
Items must be returned in the same condition as received without any marks or stain from makeup/deodorants etc.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if it does not meet our product return conditions.
 

How to Return:

Please note that return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
We recommend our customers to use trusted shipping carriers like UPS, USPS or FedEX, we can't reimburse the return shipping fee.

Swimsuits:
If you buy a swimsuit or bikini bottom & remove the hygienic liner, we are not able to accept the return. Please try swimsuits on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
 
International Orders: Please return the items within 14 days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number. Unfortunately, we DO NOT provide return label to international orders.  


Return Shipping:
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
 
Store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify your if return is accepted or rejected.
We will issue a gift card for the same amount of your order to be used for your next order.
 
Refund processing time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify your if return is accepted or rejected. Please allow us 3-5 days from the day your return is delivered to refund your order.

The credit appear on your billing statement within 1-3 business days due to different processing times of financial organizations.

Our Outlet products that are marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale" are not refundable.
