We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes happen, please note that we accept returns of orders within 14 days of the date the order was shipped.

Sale Items:

Products marked as "SALE or SALE PRODUCT" which are also found on our Outlet collection can not be returned for a refund. They are eligible for an exchange or store credit only upon return.

Return Condition:

Defective items must re reported within 2 days after item delivery date.

Due to hygiene concerns the following items can not be returned:

Swimwear, Intimates, Stockings, Hair Accessories, Hats, Earring, Cosmetic and Beauty products. 

Please note that all items must be returned with the yellow tag intact. If we receive your return and the yellow tag is damaged or removed, we cannot accept your return.


International Orders:
Please return the items within 14 business days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number. Unfortunately, We DO NOT provide return label to international orders.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please allow us 3-5 days to refund you order after return item arrival date, your will see the credit appear on your billing statement within 1-3 business days.
