We recently transferred warehouses to a new location at 17905 Adria Maru Ln, Carson CA 90746, some returns may be sent back to you if you if you have the old address in your return label. We would like to request if you have returned items within these dates July 1st 2021 to July 31st 2021 please reach out to our email hello@alieva.com to ask for a free return label so you can send the items to our new warehouse address.

 

Return Policy:

We are happy to accept returns, please note that we accept returns of orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.

Sale Items:

Products marked as "SALE or SALE PRODUCT" which are also found on our Outlet collection can not be returned for a refund. They are eligible for an exchange or store credit only upon return.

Return Condition:

Defective items must be reported within 2 days after item delivery date.

Due to hygiene concerns the following items can not be returned:

Bodysuits , Swimwear, Intimates, Stockings, Hair Accessories, Hats, Earring, Cosmetic and Beauty products.

Please note that all items must be returned with the yellow tag intact. If we receive your return and the yellow tag is damaged or removed, we cannot accept your return.

 

International Orders:

Please return the items within 30 business days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number. Unfortunately, We DO NOT provide return label to international orders.

 

Product Return Conditions:

Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as received without any marks or stain from makeup/deodorants etc.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows signs of wear.

 

Return Process:

Please contact our customer support at hello@alieva.com or fill up your request at our Contact Us page.

We offer free return label for your return order, please print the shipping label attached to the package and mail it to us.


 Return Shipping:

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

 

Store credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify your if return is accepted or rejected.

We will issue a gift card for the same amount of your order to be used for your next order.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify your if return is accepted or rejected.

Please allow us 3-5 days from the day your return is delivered to refund your order.

The credit appear on your billing statement within 1-3 business days due to varying processing time of financial organization.

Our Outlet products that are marked as "Sale" are not refundable.
